1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cadence HR Solutions website and the engagement of our professional HR services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms, which form a binding legal agreement. Registration for or usage of our HR Strategy, Payroll, or Talent Acquisition systems constitutes absolute acceptance of these conditions.
2. Scope of Services
Cadence HR Solutions provides comprehensive HR solutions specialized for the Cayman Islands regulatory environment. Our services include:
- Executive Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution Strategy
- Performance Management Systems and Training
- Local Payroll and Benefits Administration Compliance
3. Client Obligations
Effective HR management requires a collaborative approach. Clients must provide accurate data, timely access to internal personnel for interviews or evaluations, and maintain transparent communication regarding organizational changes. Failure to provide necessary documentation for Cayman Islands Labor Law compliance may result in service suspension.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Service fees are outlined in individual Work Orders or Service Level Agreements. Payments are due within 30 days of invoicing. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month, consistent with standard commercial practices in West End.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all proprietary information, employee records, and strategic plans as strictly confidential. Cadence HR Solutions employs robust data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive client data in alignment with international standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cadence HR Solutions be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question during the preceding six-month period.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.
8. Termination
Agreement termination requires written notice 60 days in advance. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered become immediately due and payable.
